The Gold Coast's northern growth corridor and its established coastal suburbs need fairly different things from a security install, and both are a regular part of the coverage area.

Housing stock and what it means for installs

Southport and parts of Nerang have a real mix of high-rise units and townhouse complexes, where cabling and camera placement usually need to work within a body corporate's rules about common property, and coverage is often focused on an individual unit's entry and balcony rather than the whole building. Further north, Coomera, Upper Coomera, Pimpama and Ormeau are some of the fastest-growing estate areas in South East Queensland: newer builds, often larger blocks, and frequently sitting inside a gated or master-planned community with its own access arrangements. Helensvale and Pacific Pines sit in between, with a mix of established estates and newer infill, while Robina and Burleigh Heads combine established low-set homes with townhouse and unit development closer to the beach.

What's most in demand on the Gold Coast

CCTV installation is the most requested service, especially in the growth corridor suburbs where new homes often go up without any security system at all and owners add one shortly after moving in. Intercoms are in strong demand for gated estates around Coomera, Pimpama and Pacific Pines, where a gate or community entry intercom is standard and a home intercom is a common add-on. Alarm systems are popular across both the coastal and growth-corridor suburbs, and data cabling comes up often in new estate homes where a builder's standard inclusions don't stretch to a dedicated point for a home office or a hardwired camera.
