Why there's a separate page for each region
Logan, Brisbane and the Gold Coast don't share the same housing stock, so a single generic "service area" page would end up either too vague to be useful or quietly wrong for two of the three regions. Logan's page covers the mix of established brick suburbs and newer acreage estates that make up the core service area. Brisbane's page covers the character homes, Queenslanders and townhouse complexes that change how cabling and camera placement get planned. The Gold Coast's page covers the split between high-rise units, gated estates and the rapidly growing northern suburbs.
